On visiting our Domain Registrations site at www.domainreg.com.au,
a users IP address and browser type will be logged and used for
site analysis, statistics and administration purposes only. These
details are analysed for generation of Site Activity Reports and
to constantly improve the value of material on our site. Details
are then disregarded. We do not link the IP address to any personal
information, thus a users session remains anonymous.

Domain Registrations clients will receive a monthly newsletter
providing information on Domain Names, Internet developments,
technologies, promotions and articles of interest. The provisions
for opting out are available by e-mailing admin@domainreg.com.au
with the e-mail address that they received the service at.
User Details
- Accurate Information
To ensure that all user information is up to date for your Domain
Name, details must be accurate at all times. Please e-mail admin@domainreg.com.au
if your details change and we will update your record accordingly
. This service is aimed at ensuring the continuity of service
to our clients as Domain Names can be terminated if renewal payment
is not received within 30 days of the Domain's anniversary date.
It is therefore important your contact and mailing details are
current.
User Request
- Decline Information
All information sent, the client will have the ability to opt-out
at any time to be removed from the associated service. On receipt
of this e-mail Domain Registrations will reply by e-mail to the
customer to confirm successful removal.
